Following “Brexit” DSA Europe was unable to continue to be “passported” into the UK under “Freedom of Movement. Since DSA do not actually work with any members of the public, but rather simply “suggest” new products to interested parties, the FSA/FCA opined that DSA did not need to be regulated.

As a result, DSA Global Consulting Ltd (DSAGCL)was established in the UK to enable our business activity. DSAGCL is owned by Peter Driscoll & Tim Snowball, the same owners of DSA GLOBAL HOLDINGS LTD (Hong Kong) and DSA EUROPE.
